He is Graduate from University of Delhi and a fellow member of institute of chartered accountant of India a part from that he has done certification course of concurrent auditor organised and managed by Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and having more than 10 years of experience in the profession. He has got rich and wide experience in the field of Direct & Indirect Tax Laws with Assurance and Accounting. He is member of sales tax bar association New Delhi form last 8 years, and having a vast experience in GST laws and also actively engaged in Direct Tax Litigations representing in Income tax Appellate tribunal, CIT (Appeals) and for making bank proposal in the banks on behalf of clients Etc, also his having experience in various stock audits of banks making reports of different banks along with calculation of drawing power of the clients on behalf of banks. He has given opinion to various corporate on direct tax matters Mr Ashish Goyal is also an active member of various study circles, management groups and associations, he is also analyst and having enough knowledge of Indian stock market and other related terms.

Mrs Preeti Goyal is graduate from University of Delhi and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with more than 9 years of experience in the field of Secretarial practice Like Incorporation of Companies, Annual Filing, and Filling of various E-forms in ministry of company affairs, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation(Gst Matters), TDS Compliance, taking registration in MSME Act for different manufacturing and service industries, Experience in trade mark registrations for different clients and has worked with some of the biggest consulting, accounting and IT companies, Mrs Preeti Goyal is having experience for more than 8 years for doing statutory and concurrent audit of various banks in banking environment along with that having a vast experience in how to operate the banking software’s, Mrs Preeti Goyal is also an active member of various study circles, management groups and associations.
